Volunteering at latitude festival 2017 was not only the first festival I'd attended, but also the first festival I'd volunteered at.
Before I arrived I felt the prospect a little daunting, but as soon as I arrived in the "Hotbox" camp compound I felt more at ease. The briefing on the evening of the first day was also very informative and did help to equip me for my volunteering role.
Volunteering at Hotbox has really helped me grow in confidence and helped me realise I'm capable of a lot more.
